WORLD DWARF GAMES 2017
August 4th - 12th, 2017
The 7th World Dwarf Games was held from August 4-12, 2017 at the University of Guelph, in Guelph, Ontario, Canada, and was the largest Games to date, hosting the largest number of countries, athletes and spectators . We welcomed short-statured athletes with dwarfism from all over the world, from 6-69 years old, including first time athletes to paralympians, to participate in the 7th World Dwarf Games. Thank you to all of the donors, family, friends and volunteers who made the event possible. The City of Guelph and the University of Guelph were very welcoming to all of the athletes and everyone had a wonderful time!
Whether you are part of a national team or an independent athlete, come and compete at the next World Dwarf Games in 2021, at a location to be announced, against your peers in archery, badminton, basketall, boccia, floor hockey, kurling, marksmanship, powerlifting, soccer, swimming, table tennis, track and field, and volleyball.
